Peter-Blair is located on Grove Avenue in Richmond, VA at the Shops at Libbie and Grove. This is one of my favorite parts of the city, because it has a cheery feel and is filled with cute shops and restaurants.

The mantra behind Peter-Blair is: "We're not just selling a product. We're offering a lifestyle." They seek to offer men's clothing and ties that are "classic with a twist." Upon entering the store, I always feel excited by the bright colors and rich fabrics!
They have the best displays!
On their website you can buy their ties, bow ties, cummerbund sets, and pocket squares. They also offer customization.
A few of my favorite patterns are below:
Available in a bow tie or regular tie and in other color combinations

ReplyDelete(Btw, I love how I am usually the first one to comment on your blog. It's pretty much the only one I have a chance to read before I head to work and it's a great way to start my day :) )

ReplyDeleteI love Peter Blair! I got my bf a cumberbund- bow tie set for his formal a few years ago in the "When hel freezes over" patern and it looked great! I'm glad you posted this because so many people have never heard of the brand and I prefer their prints because they are fun and bright!

ReplyDeleteI've never heard of Peter Blair! I love, love, love the prints and patterns, though. My dad has a birthday coming up in August and something like this would make a PERFECT gift! Thanks so much for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little shop-love those prints! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of Peter Blair either. I have mixed opinions on printed ties, but I like the colors!
ReplyDeleteOoh I love these and I especially like how it's a small Richmond based company. It sounds like it's of very good quality. Since visiting London 12 years ago with my mom (when I was 10!) and stumbling into a Thomas Pink store, we have since always held Pink to the highest standard. When we visit a big city that has Pink, we always get my dad a tie. I'm trying to think of a good grad gift for Pete. If he needed nice ties, I'd look into this but he doesn't yet. Any ideas otherwise?!
ReplyDeleteI so miss shopping on the Avenues! I loved having lunch at the Arcade Cafe and then browsing at Hampton House, Levys and Thistles. I'll be in Richmond this weekend and my first stop Saturday will be the Avenues.
ReplyDeleteTies make the perfect gift for men, There are so many choices you're sure to find one to suite their personal taste.

I feel like the whole time I've been reading Safe Haven, I've been reading filler. There hasn't really been any progression since page one. But I'm only halfway through, I'm hoping it'll get better.
ReplyDeleteLove them! Absolutely LOVE them. Makes me wish I had a man...to buy a tie for...heheh
