Easter Brunch Menu

Happy Thursday friends!

Are y'all ready for Easter?

My mom and I have been talking back and forth the last few days to plan our Easter brunch menu.

I thought it would be fun to share some of our planning and also wouldn't mind hearing your ideas and plans!

On the menu for sure, is my favorite hash brown quiche, recipe here.

Also on tap for the day is some sort of yummy baked good.  Here are the contenders so far...

As far as drinks go, people will probably make their own choice-- mimosa, juice, coffee, milk, etc--but, all drinks will most definitely be garnished with a Peep!

How cute is that?

My mom already has her Easter decor out and ready, but I couldn't help sharing some of these cute ideas:

These could double as both table decor and favors!

This adorable garland and other Easter decor DIY ideas can be found here!

I'm also a big fan of this jelly bean tree DIY!

And finally...is this not the cutest Easter bunny you've ever seen!?

Do you have Easter plans?

What are your go-to recipes for brunch?

What's your vote for a sweet baked good?

Have a great day!

  1. May I come to your house for brunch?! Ha! Looks amazing!

  2. The glazed orange bundt cake sounds delicious! This looks like such a fun brunch :)

  3. That hash brown quiche looks so good! I may just have to make it before we head to church on Sunday. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I love all of this! I would go for the strawberry shortcake on a stick because strawberries are my favorite. How cute are those peep adorned drinks?! Have a great time!

  5. Taking my Mom and the kids to Germantown Cricket Club for brunch….let them do the work.

  6. I love that garland! My family does a savory dinner around 1 PM and for some reason we don't make dessert - maybe we have too many sweets in our Easter basket already :)

  7. That jelly bean tree is adorable, although it looks like torture to make! Have a great Easter!

  8. My mama makes that hashbrown quiche too and it's SO good. I'm not a big sweets person but the strawberry shortcake OMG on a stick. Yes, please!

  9. I vote for ALL of the sweet treats! It's Easter - I think you need them all :) xo

  10. What cute brunch ideas! I hope that y'all have a blast :)

  11. the Peep on the martini glass is TOO CUTE!!

  12. I'm so excited about Easter! My family is coming up, and I'm keeping things really simple with some store bought quiche, waffles and muffins. I love your ideas; I might have to use some of them! Happy Easter. :)

  13. I pinned the same garland (and it's in my post for tomorrow)! I love all the Easter sweets ideas, but strawberry shortcake really stuck out (we have a strawberry farm across the road that's opening on Easter, so I can only think of strawberries now). It looks like you guys will have a fabulous celebration! Happy Easter!

  14. Love the Easter garland! And that lemon icebox cake sounds amazing! I wish I was going to YOUR brunch! :) We'll just be hanging out at the river and grilling. I am making some of Mix and Match Mama's butterscotch whoopie pies, but nothing fancy. Have a wonderful Easter, Allie! :)

  15. Love your menu! Quiche is my fav! Have a good weekend!

  16. Love the jellybean tree! The mason jar bunnies are also adorable. :)
